As previously reported here, this will allow government agencies to force you to hand over encryption keys on the mere suspicion of a crime, or disagreeing with a government agency.
Furthermore, you face 2 years in prison if you can't do it. Even if you forget your password or never had the key in the first place.
If you're in the UK, do something about it, eh?
