If you don't care for the "Export to HTML" feature found in most MS applications because of the quality of code it produces, good news.

There's an interesting perl script out there called the Demoroniser that will 'clean up' HTML produced by Microsoft Office into compatible, cross-platform code.

Dan lives a quiet life in the bustling city of Milwaukee, WI. Although he founded what would become evolt.org in 1998, he's since moved on to other projects and is now the owner of Progressive Networks, a Zimbra hosting company based in Milwaukee.

watch out, it will remove "nugatory" </p> tags!!

oxford says nugatory means "trifling, worthless, futile; inoperative, not valid"

you may need to put some closing paragraph tags back in if you want css-compatible code
