The Personalization Engineering Group is looking for a DHTML expert to extend the functionality of our personalized portals including My Yahoo!. This position is in the software development group and thus requires experience working with engineers and interaction designers to implement DHTML code that is Production quality and used on a massive scale. The code must be structured, modular, extensible, optimized and well-documented.

You will be responsible for contributing to a library of front-end interface elements to be used throughout all Yahoo! properties. The ideal candidate will already have experience building dynamic web sites and the back end servers that feed them. Advanced CSS, Javascript and DHTML skills (including Mac platform) is required. You must be comfortable working in a UNIX environment. Knowledge of Perl, PHP, C and C++ is a plus. is required.
